    Hi Tom,
since todays update of GP Premium (1.2.82) all my page header show the fullsize image and not the cropped one.
    Downgrading (1.2.81) fixes the problem.

    Multisite, PHP 5.6., WP latest

    Any idea?

    Best wishes
    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

1.2.82 uses a new image resizer (which is way, way better performance-wise).

This new resizer adds your images into a folder named “cache” in “wp-content/uploads”.

Does that folder exist for you? If not, maybe the resizer doesn’t have the right permissions to create files and folders on your server.

    Hello Tom,

yes it’s there, but it’s seems to be created and used by Jetpack. I think this, because there are subdirectories like /wp-content/uploads/cache/remote/i0-wp-com

Other plugins never had any problem writing into my directory structure before? What about the multisite? Could this be the problem?

    Best, Daniel

    Hi Tom,

I don’t know why, but after third attempt it looks like the problem is resolved. In multisites the cache is in the subdirectories of the individual sites.

    Best wishes
