Page Hero background image showing on entire site when it shouldn't

This happened when I ported over my Wordpress site from localhost to live. I tried removing and adding the current images for each page hero, clearing image cache, deleting and remaking the heros, nothing. Any suggestions appreciated.

maybe i am missing something but all the pages on the site have a different header element?
Sorry can mark this as resolved. Turns out it was a caching issue that eventually resolved itself.
