Page Hero Background Image Load First Before Anything Else

Hi, so I almost finished design my site with GP and I am glad I did hard work to achieve it.
But, I got a serious problem with Page Hero Background. The background load after anything else, so that the visual of my web page is not look beautiful. I want the background load first before anything else.
Have include my URL on the field so that Admin can see it.

Update: I found an answer that the image can not load after anything else. So, I just add background color to the image. The problem is resolved :)
