But, the nav bar cannot be merge with the page hero. Please help.

Yes, I did.
Could you provide me screen shots of your Header Element settings – need to see the Hero content tab and the Site Header tab.
Can you confirm the Display Rules you have set?
Yes, I definitely set it to the the page /test-page. Display Rules
Can you try disabling all other plugins apart from GP Premium?
I am using Divi builder. Apart from that, there is no other plugins that is active.

Is there another header element created that might be causing a conflict?
I made some changes to the navigation bar in style.css (of child theme). But, that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I removed all the changes I’ve made, and still doesn’t work.
