Page header's background image blur effect

Here I am resurrecting another ancient post...is this achievable in the current version of GP? I'm tracking with everything OP says in this thread, and I'd like to implement the same thing if possible.

You would likely need to add the HTML element inside your "Header Element", then apply the background image and blur to it using CSS. Feel free to open a new topic and we can explore it again.
