Page Header seems to not work on Toolset Types custom posts

The new Page Header update in 1.4 doesn't seem to take affect when using Toolset Types.

Or at least, when I set a Page Header in Global Locations to a taxonomy, the page header doesn't show up at ALL (meaning, blank page header). Same Page Header works great if I set it to a regular Page.

I have a custom Type set up called PORTFOLIO.

I created a Page header and gave it some settings (mostly similar to your video).

When I add it to the custom post type in Global Settings, it removes my header:

Tested to see if I did something wrong but it works on Pages:
