Page header module disappeared after website transfer

Hello,

I recently transferred my website to a new hosting company (Siteground) and amongst a handful of minor teething problems my Page Header module no longer appears in the left-hand menu in my dashboard. Has it been moved somewhere else or is this something I need to fix?

I disabled the Page Headers module and the headers have disappeared.

Is there any way to recover them?
