[Support request] Page Header module broken in backend – not working?

Dear Support/Tom,

We have been using Page Headers successfully and it has suddenly stopped working as it should. I assume there may be a conflict with another plugin but up until this week it has been fine! The issue is in the backend, the Page Headers plugin loads and I can see the list of all headers and click on one to edit but the tabs on the left hand side (Image/Content/Background Video/Logo/Advanced) are simply not working! Please help us resolve this issue!

Hi Lewis,

That sounds like there’s a javascript error on the page.

Can you right-click the page and click “Inspect”? Are there any errors in the “Console” tab?

Can you try deactivating your other plugins one by one to see if the errors are coming from one of them?
