Page Header module broken in backend - not working?

Dear Support/Tom,
We have been using Page Headers successfully and it has suddenly stopped working as it should. I assume there may be a conflict with another plugin but up until this week it has been fine! The issue is in the backend, the Page Headers plugin loads and I can see the list of all headers and click on one to edit but the tabs on the left hand side (Image/Content/Background Video/Logo/Advanced) are simply not working! Please help us resolve this issue!

Hi Lewis,
That sounds like there's a javascript error on the page.
Can you right-click the page and click "Inspect"? Are there any errors in the "Console" tab?
