Page header metabox missing

Hello,
If I create a new page, how can I make the Page Header metabox appear? It isn't listed in the metabox menu on top of the editor. However, other pages in my site do have the metabox.
I haven't been able to find the option. Sorry if this has an obvious answer, but it's long since I really worked into the design of the site and there's a lot I don't remember.

Page headers is now in Dashboard > Page headers.
So you can create a page header there then assign it using the drop down menu in the page header meta box.

On one page i'm missing the Page Header metabox? How can i get it back, there's also no option Page Header ons Screen Options? With other pages there's no problem.
What version of GP premium are you using?

Version 1.6.2. On other pages i see the layout metabox and it was also on this page. After i've deleted the deleted the image with the button delete image the metabos was gone.
Hmm this has never been reported before.
Are you able to move the content a new page and just start there?
The page header metabox should only be a dropdown menu selecting the page headers you created in dashboard > page headers.

it's fixed, copy another page and copy the content, the reason?
What exactly fixed the issue? Just creating a new post? What made the metabox disappear in the first place?
Copy made from an existing page.
I don't know? I have removed the page header with 'remove image' and afther that the metabox dissapear.
