Page Header Menu not appearing

I'm probably missing something straightforward but "Page Headers" doesn't seem to be appearing below "Settings".

Am i looking in the wrong place for my headers menu?

Hi there,

They were moved into the Appearance menu.
And more recently the Elements module was added which moved them into Appearance > Elements.
