Page header + image in posts

Hello,
I would like to know if I activate the page header with the title in the single post, how can I show the image? Because if I activate the page header for the single posts with the title in a color, the image desappears.

Hi there,
Page header has been replaced with Header Elements/Page Hero recently so I would recommend you to start using the new module and migrate the old page header over.
If you are using the new page hero module, then simply select Featured Image in the Background Image option:

This will make it so that it uses the featured image of that post and put the content on top of it like this example here:
