[Resolved] Page Header Doesn't Display Correctly

May you please help me get the Page Header Options to correctly display?

When I load the page, I see the options (for a brief millisecond), after the page loads 100% they disappear. I don’t see anything helpful on the docs or addons download. This is what I see:

This is what I tried:
• uninstalled than reinstalled
• double-check everything is updated
• log into different browsers

I just realized, those additional buttons do not appear unless I start typing in that box.

I recommend fixing this “display: none;” negative usability experience.
