Padding not working

Hi folks,
I have a problem with the spacing feature.
It seems that is not working, but I cant't figure why.

Can you help me?

Thanks David, it was enough to disable all the plugins and, once reactivated, the problem was gone. I do not know why, but the important thing is that now everything is ok. Thanks again.

Awesome - chances are one of your plugins scripts got cached and effected the customizer controls. Glad you got it fixed.
