padding between header and container

Hi, I seem to have a problem I can not get rid of no matter how hard I try. It is not really possible to get rid of this white space between header and main container -> https://gyazo.com/f52dcbeeb27c01ef92df5f5697e266e2
I have tried to change in Custumize - Layout -
Container without success.

The space is from an empty paragraph block below the page hero Container:

Go to the page hero - block element and remove the paragraph.
