    Hi guys,

I have been building a site for a client which uses GP, GPP, Elementor and Woocommerce.

Originally i built the header in Elementor but have stripped it out and reverted to a GP header. As the client has been adding products, they have been disabling the top bar, header and navigation in the layout metabox (on each product).

Now, obviously the top bar, header and navigation is not displaying on a product page.

Is there a way to override these settings using the new ‘Elements’ feature? I don’t really want to have to go through 150 or so products individually and un-check them!

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Lee,

Unfortunately, the settings inside each page metabox override the Layout Element.

    The order goes like this:

    • Customizer options
    • Element options override Customizer
    • On-page metabox options override Customize and Elements

    Thanks Tom.

Deep down I kind of knew that would be the case. Oh well, you live and learn!

Appreciate the info though, much appreciated.

No problem! This is something I’d like to “fix” in the future ๐Ÿ™‚
