Outgoing email subject line

Hello, I'm trying to find out where can we change the outgoing email subject line. I'm using a plugin and in my plugin setting I have added a subject line called "New reply" but when the recipient receives an email this subject line shows there.
I believe its coming from Wordpress default settings. Please help me figure out where can I change it.

Hi there,
have you checked with the Form Plugin author ? As they would more likely know what would cause that. The theme doesn't interfere with those kinds of things.
