order of hooks

In posts that are paginated, hooks by other plugins come before the page numbers.
For eg here
https://homeopathybooks.in/josephs-repertory/skin-3/
Google adsense, social sharing (addtoany), and related posts (yaarp) all hook before pagination thus pushing the pagination so down that users can easily miss that the post is paginated.
How can we move the pagination to appear before anything else at the end of a post?
