Option to set responsive breaking point

Would it be easy to have a setting where we choose the breaking point (in pixels) for when the theme turns responsive?

Unfortunately not, it's incredibly difficult/impossible because of caching plugins.

I'm working on it, but it's not easy :(

Yes, but there's no way to do it only if no caching plugins are activated.

If it's done in the core theme, it's done for everyone, and currently that won't work.

Not really at this time.

This is a pretty high priority for me, so as soon as I find a way to achieve it I'll be all over it :)
