only show Post Comment button when there is comment in text area

May you please advise on how to "conditional logic" the post comment form button to ONLY appear if there is a character (or comment) in the text area box?
Just lookin' to trim things down in that area and make it more minimalist.

Unfortunately something like that would definitely require a custom solution that is outside of the forum scope here.
