Hi there!
I complete a website, with onepage format.
a few weeks ago, I post here an error when clicking the home menu, the #mashead appears http://www.velvetconsultores.com/#masthead
I tried to solve it, but I could not, please, your help with this issue.
Best regards
Hi there,
Any chance you can do this first?

Are you referring to the first menu item? The code is showing that it's the input in the URL field:

Hi Leo!
yes, this is the menu, the first.
Plugin deactivate.
Regards
So what is the issue? Looks like you've added #masthead as the link URL?
it's a link for up, the only link that messes up text in the url :(
Regards
I'm not sure what you mean?
What is supposed to happen?
It's a onepage page, it should not show any url. Only http://velvetconsultores.com/.
The menu work fine with "EQUIPO" "QUE HACEMOS" "CONTACTO".
With "INICIO", show http://velvetconsultores.com/#masthead
Regards
Can you try adding http://velvetconsultores.com/ or simply # as the menu item link?
Yes I can Leo, but the web site don't up smoothly.
Regards
Sorry I'm a bit confused. I thought anchors are always shown in the link.
Are you doing anything special to hide it?
nope, this is my actual headache... anchor work fine, except in home :(
Regards
Hmm as far as I know the anchor should be showing in the link by default unless there are some special functions added to hide it. Perhaps that's built-in with Elementor?
Are you able to check with their support to see if they know anything about this?
Let me know :)
ok Leo, support ticket sent.
Regards
Let me know what they say :)
Not sure you've heard back from them yet but...
Are all the anchors added using Elementor?
If so can you add one a the top of the Elementor content?
