One Page Website and Menu

I need to built an one page website for myself, I've imported the demo site from your site library, but none fits to my requirement as one page site is considered. I need menu that sticks on top which navigates to every section in that single page.

I'm not sure which one to use, new wordpress blocks or sections and how to link those as menu's?

I would suggest using Sections, currently there is no decent section block available in the WordPress block editor so creating sections with different backgrounds is difficult.

Creating jump links between menu items and sections is really simple.
Create a new Section and open the Settings Tab to give it a Section ID e.g about. More info:

In your menu create a custom link for the about Section and give it a URL of #about. More info on the Menu builder:
