Hello
This post to fully understand the differences.
If I choose One container, a blockContainer with full-width will be 1200px (the defined width of the One Container).
If I take Separate Containers, then the Container block with full-width will make 100% of the viewport?
Same in the case of a sidebar 30% of the OneC Ontainer or 30% of the viewport?

Hi there,

One Container vs Separate Containers are to do with the Layout.
With Separate Containers the Post content, sidebars are in a their own container - which allows the body background to be seen between the container spacing.

Full Width - removes the themes padding and sets the entire content area to 100%.
Contained Width - removes the themes padding but keeps the container width eg 1200px

Does this mean that Sidebar and PostContent are direct children of body like SiteHeader and SiteFooter?

The option of One container/separate containers doesn't change the HTML structure.

The screenshot below should give you a rough idea of the structure:

Thanks

No problem :)
