On front end forms, MCE Visual Editor jumps/flashes

We are using Toolset and WP Front End PM pro. Both use the visual mce wp editor for front end forms. When the form loads, the visual editor buttons flash and the tabs shift from right to left. Not a good look. I'm having difficulty finding where to find the styles to see if this is reparable. It seems to be more pronounced on Chrome. Hi Marge,
Can you try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue occurs?
If yes, perhaps it's something related to the new WP 5.9 update.
In this case, you may have to ask these plugins' support if they have some sort of workaround or quick patch. :D
