Off placement of my Layout (Blog)

Hey there! Thank you for your attention :)
I would like to kindly ask for an assistance with my problem faced. Basically, I cant seem to properly align my blog posts layout. My latest post will be aligned nicely, while my previous post is aligned slightly centered.
I have changed my settings via the customization bar to the below,
Content type: Excerpt
Excerpt word count: 25 words
Image alignment: Left
Media attachment size: medium
Columns: 2

for screenshots you will need to provide a link to the screenshot - you can use any image sharing service, a link to a public cloudshare or an image in your WordPress Media Attachments.
Please also provide a URL to the site so we can take a look.
