Off Canvas Menu to Override the two other menus

I have a primary and secondary menu in the header. How do I make sure that the Off Canvas menu I've created is the only menu to appear on mobile?
The site is on a staging server and I've sent the details through the accounts section (passwords etc)
I've managed to do this from reading another post on the forum.
