Hi, I have installed the dispach theme on my website https://www.6mejores.com
How can I change the default page navigation of dispach to a Numbered Page Navigation like this https://prnt.sc/tc31oc

I believe what you want is to disable the Infinite scroll option in the blog section of the customizer:
