Not getting position All taxonomy in Elements > Layout > Taxonomy

We'd like to customize the design for a custom taxonomy, but we are not getting the option "All elements" for that taxonomy. We've test with a single element, and not working as well.
Where could be the problem?
It was an other option. Fixed.

Hello, We don't know but is not appearing the options now for the taxonomy. Why would it be disappeared?
Can you share w/ us what you see on the dropdown options for the display rule locations?
Screen capture or screenshots will do.
Alternatively, you can provide us temporary backend access to let us have a look at it.
You can provide the site details on the private information text field. :D
