[Support request] Not able to change my Headings fonts inside Customizer

Hi Ying/ Leo,

I cant change my typography headings Font + size inside Customizer. Changes are not been applied..
Am i missing something?

Sorry, i am pulling a blank here…. I checked Elementor on the Headers are set to Default so, I should be able to customize inside my theme..

Hi Tina,

Can you specify which headings are having issues?

I’ve checked the site and headings like this one – https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4uKEjQ9 – actually use the size indicated on the customizer. (this one uses 27px for mobile, 35px for desktop, as specified in customizer for h2.)

Perhaps I’m looking at the wrong heading? Can you specify with one is having issue/s?

thank you for your reply.
As mentioned above , i am not able to change the typo of all Headings fonts (that would also including H2) inside Customizer.

I can change the size but not the font.

Is there a specific H2 you are referring to?

I just checked the home page and the font-family is coming from Elementor.

how can I disable that? I want to change all my headings from Costumizer only, not Elementor

I dont know where you see that font- family is from Elementor for my H2 headings on my Home page. Are you referring to the front end or back end of my home page? Can you send me a screenshot?

When I edit my Home page with Elementor, all my H2 Headings are set to Default which means that I should be able to change them inside Customizer, right?

Unfortunately, thats not working on my end.

Customizer > Headings > H2 font-family is set to font “Tex” now and its not showing any effect

i found this doc regarding Elementors styles, the first few paragraphs explain how to disable them:

Then it should inherit the Themes styles
