Not able to add a template from the Generate Press Site Library

Hello,
I have downloaded Generate press premium and am looking to change my blog to a template from the library. I want to configure the blog on my staging site (rather than production) but it seems I cannot add the template. On both my staging website and production I inserted the correct license keys but it's not working.

Is the license key activated?
Are there any specific error code showing?

Yup, it is activated. When I click on a template nothing happens. See video here:
Can you make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and premium plugin?
