No site library option?

I'm building a fresh page on https://scarcity.io
There isn't any site library at all, I reinstalled both the plugin and theme, doesn't work.
Any help?

Your screenshot shows that none of the modules are activated:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/#activate-your-modules
Try clicking Activate to activate the modules.
