No "Site Library" Option under Appearance > GeneratePress

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-site-library/ says that there should be an option "Site Library" to install the demo themes.
There are only options for "Modules" and "Elements"
How do I install demo theme?

Thanks for your quick response.
I installed that plugin and indeed I was running PHP version: 5.3.24
I updated the PHP version to 5.6.27 on GoDaddy
After confirming the update on GoDaddy and on that plugin in the dashboard I went back to Appearance>GeneratePress and it's still not showing up.
Tried logging out and logging back in. No luck.
PHP version 7+ not an option on GoDaddy:
I have another (very important) site I was planning on using GeneratePress on that is on GoDaddy Managed Wordpress hosting, it also is running PHP version: 5.6.30, is this going to be a problem?
Nevermind that last comment. I've just updated it to PHP 7.2.
Any ways to install demo theme from site library while still using PHP 5.6?

Hmm 5.6 should work theoretically but it's definitely not recommended.
Your site will be much faster and secure with PHP7.
If you want to sticky with PHP5.6 then we will can send you the import package.
