This is for a new site I am trying to build.
I added two Widgets to the Right Sidebar and under Customize>Layout>Sidebars I have all three options set to Content/Sidebar. But no sidebar is appearing.

Thank you but I don’t know where to find that “layout metabox”.
If you mean under Customize>Layout>Sidebars, there is no Default option that I can see.
The metabox would in the Edit Post/Edit Page screen.
It’s usually below the content or on the right side depending on if you are using classic editor or Gutenberg.
