No published or update date showing - Using Elements hero with dynamic data

Hello,

I am looking to get the dates to show when articles were posted or updated.

Right now no date is showing and I can not figure out why.

All caching and minimizing plugins have been turned off.

A URL where it should show is in the private information.

Hi Garrett,

Can you try disabling all other plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins?

Are you using a child theme or any custom functions?

Hello I tried disabling all of the plugins and there is still a problem.

I do not want to leave them disabled since the site has people on it and it will make the site not work.

I do not have a child theme.

I do have a couple of code snippets running but I also disabled all of them and nothing changed.

That's weird, can you provide admin access using the private info field?

So we can have a look at the back end.

Any chance you can start a staging site so we can disable all plugins there to test?
