No Premium Module Checkboxes

Hello again. Yesterday I purchased, uploaded, and activated GP Premium. When I go to Appearance > GeneratePress, I see the list of GP Premium modules, but there are no checkboxes to activate modules. I tried deactivating and reinstalling GP Premium, but still no checkboxes. I use a Chrome browser. Tried Firefox... Didn't help. Thank you.
Also, I don't see anywhere to enter a license key. I have a temporary url, and have entered that on the GP Premium account to activate. Nothing. I tried the real url I will be using when I launch (on Bluehost), still nothing.
OK I fixed it. I didn't install GP Premium correctly. Sorry about that.
