No pages or entries appear to create a menu

Good afternoon:
I have installed generatepress premium, and I create a menu in appearance> customize> menu, but it is not created at the same time in WP> appearance> menu.
I also create pages or entries in WP and when I try to create a new menu, these do not come out in the left box to mark them and create the menu and organize it. I go to pages or entries and these are correctly created.
I have deactivated the pluggings and I have activated only elements and generatepress premium.
I do not know how to solve the problem.

He instalado generatepress premium, y creo un menú en apariencia>personalizar>menú, pero no se crea a la vez en WP>apariencia>menú.
Así mismo creo páginas o entradas en WP y cuando intento crear un nuevo menú, estas no me salen en la caja izquierda para marcarlas y crear el menú y organizarlo. Voy a páginas o entradas y estas están correctamente creadas.
He desactivado los pluggings y he activado actualmente solo elementos y generatepress premium.
No sé como solucionar el problema.

That's strange. So you don't see any pages listed in this box?

The menu system is coming from WordPress itself and GP doesn't interfere with it at all.
What happens if you activate a twenty series WP theme?
Does same issue occur?
Although I change the subject, I keep saying that there are no pages.
Both in pages and in entries it puts: Without elements.
The rest, categories, labels ... it's fine

The pages and the entries are created and I can see them in their tabs, but then they do not appear there to create the menu.
I do not know if I should install any plugging or what fault it is.
Hmm if it's the same in twenty series theme then that tells us it's not a theme issue.
Are those pages actually published and not in draft?
Any custom functions added?
If not you might need to check with Wordpress support.
It was because they were in draft and I did not see it.
