I have 5 pages created in WP. With I go to Appearance > Menu and create a new Menu Structure, none of these pages are showing up. The page section in Appearance > Menu is completely blank no matter what I do. Do you have any advice? Thanks.

They are not. I privately published them temporarily to see if they would show up in the Menu Structure. They do not.
Publishing them publicly seemed to have worked. Thanks.
