No menu on Home Page, one tab menu on all other pages

I'm trying to get no menu on Home page and a one tab menu (to Home page) on all other pages. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated, thank you.

You can use the disable element in the layout metabox to hide the navigation on home page:

Like just the toggle? If so try this:
