No funciona versión premium

Buenos días,
cuando tengo activa la versión premium y voy a personalizar el tema me aparece este aviso y no puedo modificar nada:
"El sitio está experimentando dificultades técnicas. Consulte la bandeja de entrada del correo electrónico del administrador del sitio para obtener instrucciones."
Cómo puedo solucionar-lo?

First thing to check is the PHP Memory Limit available. Then try disabling plugins. And the rund the debug in wordpress to see if an error is generated.
