I'm not seeing a "no follow" toggle option for affiliate links on Pages. I only have that option on Posts.

Hi there,

I'm not sure what you are referring to here but the theme doesn't add any no follow options to link by default.

Perhaps this is a WordPress setting you are referring to here?

If I click a link on a Post, it gives me the option to mark it "nofollow", "sponsored", and "open in new tab". Only the "open in new tab" option appears on Pages. Wondering why there is not the convenience of marking links "nofollow" or "sponsored" on Pages as well.

Hi there,

are you using a plugin or function that adds those options?

Not to my knowledge. I've talked to someone using a different theme and she has those options, which is why I thought it could be my theme.

You using any Block or SEO plugins ?

yoast

yes that is the screen i am seeing on Posts. I do not see it on Pages. any idea why?

Odd one - as they are being added by Yoast, and on the site i screenshotted above, thats a Page ... i am seeing those options on all post types.

There may be another plugin thats conflicting.
If not then i would suggest asking Yoast support.

thank you for your help

Let us know how you get on. Be interested here what the issue is.

the issue did indeed lie within the Yoast plugin. I had turned off my pages from being crawled for SEO and this then turned off the toggle options. a simple uncheck of a box solved the problem.

Oh wow - who would have thought that. Glad to hear you got it resolved and thank you for sharing the solution!
