no 'Elements' and 'Sitelibrary' in Backend showing

Hi, new installation on former website, 3.1.3, GP Premium 2.1.2, active license (lifetime)
but no Elements and Sitelibrary showing in Backend when click on Appearance - Generatepress.
What can i do, to work on my site?

After activating the license key have you refreshed the page?
If it doesn't help, can you share the admin access using the private info field so we can have a look at the backend?

Can you check that the login you're using has an Admin Role ?
P.S I activated the two modules.
ok, somehow after 10 times clearing cache and waiting for 1 hour - now everything is on its place.
