No Blogpost header appears

I did upload a blogpost header and it did show up. But after I removed it and tried to upload another one, but nothing did appear, I tried several times. Is this a bug? Or did I (without knowing it), change something somewhere else? And what can it possibly be?
Hi there,
What kind of header are you adding? A Featured Image to a post? Using the Page Header add-on on the blog page? Regular page?
Make sure you're using the latest version of the add-ons :)
