NinjaForms and GeneratePress

Hello,
I'm trying to use the public forms of ninja forms without any shortcode.
https://ninjaforms.com/docs/form-building/ -> "Method 4: Create a public link".

Using the site health plugin, I found the problem is with GeneratePress (latest). Even with all deactivated plugins it doesn't work. Using standard theme works.
The support of ninja forms told me to contact the theme developer. What can I do now :-)
I'm on PHP 7.4.26 on Ubuntu 18.

sorry i am a little confused - what is the link that you shared ? It doesn't look like a standard theme template eg. page or post being displayed.

the first link was the documentation of the ninjaforms feature.
The second is a screenshot how it looks like.
In the private section I posted the link, where the screenshot was made. But here it is again:

This is a feature of ninja forms, where I can publish a form without having the form to embed in a post or page.

I had a search and it seems other users on different themes have experienced the same problem.
I really don't understand how that link is supposed to work or what GP would being doing to cause a problem. Everything we do is to WP Coding standards.
If the plugin developer could take a closer look at the issue and advise on what the issue is then we can take a closer look at the problem, otherwise we're kinda running blind.
