Ninja Forms and Happy Forms

Why do I see this from Ninja forms on the top of my dashboard page? I don't remember installing them.

I am using Happy Forms but the send button is not working. Could it because I somehow ended with both and they are interfering with each other?
Hi there,
Looks like you imported Wordsmith template from our Site Library so Ninja form came with it.
Just remove it from Dashboard > Plugins if you prefer to use HappyForms instead.
I'm not sure why the HappyForm button isn't working, this is something you will need to check with plugin's support.
