[Support request] Ninja Form failed installation

I recently purchased Generate Press premium and Elementor Pro.

It looks like Ninja Forms should be included but I don’t see it in my list of plugins. I try to install the Ninja Forms plugin and it keep failing with the message that the “destination folder already exists.”

The only plugins I believe I have deleted are Beaver.

Can you please assist?

Hi Peter,

first check in your plugins directory and make sure you are viewing ALL (it should be by default), if its not showing it sounds like it was installed before but the deletion of it wasn’t sucessful. You would need to remove it from the your site via FTP or your server cPanel.
