Newsletter form shows up before intro on mobile

Hi there,
On desktop en tablet the intro to my newsletter form shows up before the form itself, which is how I want it to be. On mobile, however, the form shows up before the intro. Is there a way to change this? See page in private info.
Hi there,
Select the left hand column Container, and switch the view to Mobile.
In the Layout options you will see the Order field:

Currently you have the order set to 2 - empty that field ie, has no value.
Then select the the right hand container and do the same for its Order field.
