New typography customizer does not load

I Have made sure that:

I'm using the latest version of the theme: 3.1.3
I'm using the latest version of GP Premium: 2.1.2

I've disabled and deprecated typography in GP premium as well.

i have dsabled and renabled the plugin, and flushed the cache.

The new Typography tool is really helpful and would like to use on my site.
