New Theme Not Showing when Visiting Site

Hello. I have installed GP premium and edited the theme to how I like it so far. I cleared cache on the site, then disabled the plugin before posting to this forum. However, all other browsers I open on here in incognito mode or even on my phone do not show the new theme. Is there a waiting period before this new theme will show up?

So you are seeing the new site when in customizer log and logged in?
If so this has to be a caching issue.
I'd recommend clearing and disabling Breeze cache to test. If that doesn't work, contact your hosting support and ask them to check for you.

Yes, when logged in I see the GeneratePress theme and all the edits I made to it. When not signed in, I see the old theme I had previously. I had already disabled Breeze as well :/
