New Posts Not Showing

Hi, I've just published a new article and it goes live on the site, if you search the title you can find it, but it doesn't display on the homepage feed (of latest posts) nor does it show up on the category feed (again, listed in the order of the latest posts) I've tried clearing my cache / history on mobile safari but that still doesn't display it. Can you please tell me why this is and what I need to do?

It's showing up now. My site is https://www.forgettingfairytales.com and it was "How To Make Long Distance Relationships Work." It didn't show up for a few hours though. Should there really be such a lag?
I've also since posted a new one "Anniversary Party Ideas" and again, that's not displaying straight away. I've submitted a separate ticket about that too as I'm having a lot of issues with it.

No that's not normal. But it can happen if your site is cached and there's a regenerate cache interval after you've published the post.
The theme doesn't cause this though. It's likely a caching plugin or a cache coming from the server's end.
You can try to disable ALL plugins and see if the post appears immediately. Or try to clear cache on server (or CDN) to see if the changes reflect immediately.
