New post is 404

I created a new post but when I try to view the live post it returns 404. I'm able to preview the post.
The 404 page slug is group-policy-lock-screen if I change the slug the page works. For example, I changed the slug to group-policy-lock-screen2 and it works.
Any ideas why it goes to 404 page? I cleared all cache plugins.
I deleted the post, deleted all drafts, cleared the cache, and still have an issue.
It's like somewhere in the system it has an old version. Check out the screenshot in the link below The slug "group-policy-lock-screen" displays totally different and even displays text that I currently don't have in the post.
When I change the slug to "group-policy-lock-screen2" it all displays correctly.
How on earth do I delete all references to the slug "group-policy-lock-screen so it will display correctly?
