I have activated Better WordPress Minify plugin too.

Using both is probably what’s causing the inconsistency. I would go for Better WordPress Minify only.
Ok, I am gonna talk with my host provider because my web has a lot of requests (near 3 million page views per month).
Do you know something about Autoptimize plugin? Some say that is better than BWP Minify, so maybe I have to deactivate BWP Minify and WP Super Cache and use only Autoptimize. What do you think?
Autoptimize is a good plugin for sure, I like it a lot. It should speed your website up by reducing requests.
If you want to save resources on your server I would suggest looking at a CDN like Cloudflare.
